Are these duffle bags and luggage authentic?

Yes. Every item for rent or sale on alluxuries.com is guaranteed authentic. We do not purchase any of our items on consignment or any private party resellers. All our items are purchased new directly from the retailer.

How does bag/luggage rentals work?

It’s simple. Choose the bag/luggage you would like to rent. Once the order is processed we will ship the order within 24 hours. Enjoy your rental and once you are finish send it back to our facility. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

What do I need to rent?

A valid debit or credit card is needed to rent with sufficient funds for the amount of the rental as well as the refundable security deposit.

What is the required security deposit for?

The security deposit is required in the event a bag is damaged or not returned.

Is a credit check required to rent?

No. A credit check is not required to rent with us.

Can I sell my used duffle bag or luggage to A&L Luxuries?

No. We have decided not to purchase any items we rent or sale from private party or on consignment to avoid the possibility of receiving replicas. We want to ensure that our customers receive 100% authentic products at all time and the only way to do so is if we purchase directly from the retailers in which we do.

How do I know these bags are authentic?

We store all of our authenticity tags and cards at our facility to ensure they are in mint condition when we decide to sell a particular item. Upon request we can send a copy of the authenticity tag or card to our customers

Are the bags/luggage cleaned after someone else uses them?

Yes. This is one of our top priorities. We have a detailed cleaning process that each item goes through upon return to our facility. Bags/luggage that are returned to our facility that is out of our realm of routine cleaning is sent out to a local cleaner that specialize in hand cleaning high-end handbags and luggage.

Can I get the bag cleaned before I ship it back?

If the bag has been stained or damaged, we highly recommend that the bag is sent back to our facility immediately and we will send it out for repair. This helps to avoid any further damage by someone who may not be experienced in caring for such items.

What happens if the bag/luggage is damaged?

In the event the rental is damaged in any way, the rental is to be sent back immediately and A&L Luxuries will send it out for repair. The renter will be responsible for any repair fees. Once we receive the cost associated with the repair, we will then forward that invoice on to the renter and the fees will be taken out of the security deposit held at the time of the rental. In the event the bag is damaged and not repairable, the renter’s security deposit will be forfeited and the bag will then be sent back to the renter.

What is A&L Delivery?

If a customer is within 30 miles of 08805 zip code an A&L Luxury deliveryman can drop the rental off and pick it up when requested for $29.99 flat rate.
